Cong’s Shalley is richest candidate from Ambala district

There are four assembly seats, Narayangarh, Mulana, city, and cantonment that come under Ambala constituency in Haryana. The financial status of the candidates fielded on these seats revealed that Cong’s Shaili Chaudhary is the richest and BSP’s Malkit Singh from the city seat is the poorest among all.

Congress leader Shalley Chaudhary is the wealthiest candidate from the Ambala district, contesting from the Narayangarh constituency, while BSP’s Malkit Singh fielded from the Ambala city assembly seat has the lowest assets among the candidates from the district’s 4 seats.

 

Haryana will go to polls on October 5th, with the counting of votes scheduled for October 8.

 

Ambala district in Haryana consists of four assembly seats, which are Narayangarh, Mulana, Ambala City, and Ambala  Cantonment.

 

Chaudhary, contesting from the Narayangarh assembly seat, is the wealthiest with total assets worth over forty crores, the exact figure being Rs 40,46,87,140.

 

According to reports, her assets include Rs 1, 95,000 in cash.  Over 2 crores as moveable property, exactly Rs 2,96, 87,140, and Rs 37,50, 00,000 lakh in immovable property.

 

Meanwhile, Gurpal Singh from Aam Aadmi Party, has Rs 7, 37, 56, 406, including  Rs 1,80,000 in cash, Rs 17, 56, 406 in movable property, and Rs 5, 70, 00,000 in immovable property.

 

In the city assembly, Aseem Goyal leads with a total wealth of Rs 12, 38, 8 813. His assets include Rs 1,20,000 in cash, Rs 1, 47, 8813 in movable property, and Rs 11, 30, 00, 000 in immovable property.

 

On the other hand, Malkit has a total wealth of Rs 30, 394, consisting of Rs 10,000 in cash and Rs 20, 394 in movable property, with no immovable property.

For the Ambala Cantonment seat, Congress’s Parvinder Singh Pari is the richest candidate, with total assets worth Rs 10, 12, 61, 390.

 

This includes Rs 2, 10, 000 in cash, Rs 2, 22,61, 390 in movable property, and Rs 7, 89,00,000 in immovable property.

 

JJP’s Avtar Singh has total assets of Rs 7, 74,000 with Rs 20,000 in cash and Rs 7, 54,000 in movable property, lacking any immovable property.

For the Mulana Assembly, BJP’s Santosh Sarwan is the richest with total assets of Rs 11, 66, 6,283.

 

His wealth comprises Rs 45,000 in cash, Rs 1, 21, 6, 283 in movable property, and Rs 10, 4,00,000 in immovable property.

 

From Mulana, the candidate with the least assets is Gurtej Singh from the Aam Aadmi Party, with a total wealth of Rs 2, 42, 233, including Rs 1,00,000 cash and Rs 2, 42, 233 in movable property, with no immovable property to his name.
