Khan, who made her debut in 2018, also emphasised the importance of asking for help and slowing down without feeling guilty.

Actor Sara Ali Khan recently opened up about the pressures of working in Bollywood and the need to prioritise mental well-being.

In a recent interview, the “Kedarnath” star emphasised that mental health is as crucial as physical well-being and that simple acts, like taking time to breathe or cry, can help manage emotions.

Khan, who made her debut in 2018, also emphasised the importance of asking for help and slowing down without feeling guilty.

“I've always believed that strength isn't about bottling up your emotions, it's about having the courage to acknowledge them. In my industry, the pressures can be intense, and it's easy to feel like you have to ‘handle everything on your own' to be strong,” Sara said.

Further emphasising the importance of prioritising her mental health, the 30-year-old actor shared, “I realised early on that taking care of my mind is just as important as taking care of my body.”
