The announcement was made during the ongoing session of the Haryana Assembly on Monday. Named the Substance Abuse Narcotics Knowledge Awareness and Liberation Program (SANKALP) Authority, it will be launched with an initial allocation of ₹10 crore to combat the rising menace of substance abuse.
