According to the state Meteorological Centre, fresh snowfall occurred in the higher hills, including the tribal districts of Lahaul and Spiti and Kinnaur. Snowfall was also reported from elevated areas of Kullu district, including the Atal Tunnel, as well as parts of Shimla district such as Kufri, Narkanda, Chopal and Kotkhai.
