Official decorum goes for a toss in Himachal

Previous Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla, who was vocal about his views on the ‘lack of work culture in Himachal’ during a media interaction after his farewell function last week, visibly left the state government embarrassed with his remark. He had also mentioned that Uttarakhand had made better progress than HP in a short period of time.
