Mob attacks police in MP, one killed, several injured

A police officer was killed, and several others were injured after a violent mob attack in Mauganj, Madhya Pradesh. The police had intervened in a dispute between two groups when villagers turned hostile, attacking officers with sticks and stones. Heavy security has since been deployed in the area.
