In the case registered as RC-21/2025/NIA/DLI, the NIA has arrested seven accused persons who allegedly facilitated suicide bomber Umar Un Nabi. The bomber detonated himself inside a moving Hyundai i20 car near the Red Fort in Delhi around 7 p.m. on November 10.
