New J&K ministers get portfolios, commerce for Deputy CM

Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Kumar Choudhary is in charge of public works (R&B), industries and commerce, mining, labour, employment and skill development; Sakina Masood Itoo will look after health and medical education, school education, higher education, and social welfare; and Javed Rana has been assigned the portfolio of jal shakti (erstwhile PHE), forest, ecology, and environment and tribal affairs.
